Who we are

A storage business, not a storage portfolio

We've been serving Anderson from 110 Ryder Lane, Suite B for over 30 years. In that time the industry around us consolidated hard — most of the facilities you'll compare us against are owned by companies headquartered somewhere else, managed by software, and staffed, if at all, by someone covering four properties.

That model has real advantages. It also produces the experience most people have with storage: a rate that grows fees on the way to checkout, a mandatory insurance product, a phone number that reaches a queue, and no one to walk you out to the unit.

We stayed small on purpose. Someone is on site Monday through Saturday. The manager walks the property. When a review names a staff member — and ours do — that's a person you'll actually meet.
