Privacy policy

Plain English, because there's no reason for this to be otherwise.

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you type. That's it — the form doesn't collect anything you don't see on screen.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records general information like approximate location, browser, and the pages you viewed. We use it to understand what's useful on the site, not to identify you.

What we do with it

We reply to you. That's the whole purpose. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to third parties for marketing.

Renting and paying

Renting a unit and paying a bill happen on our tenant portal, which is operated by our storage management software provider on a separate system. Information you enter there — including payment details — is handled by that provider under their own privacy and security practices. We never see or store full card numbers.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages stay in our email as long as they're useful, the same as any other correspondence. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email ryderministorage@outlook.com or call (864) 224-5389. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site will work fine without them.
